Downpour in Trabzon and Rize: damage reported in 9 neighborhoods and 7 villages in İyidere

İyidere Mayor Saffet Mete said that after two streams overflowed, major damage occurred in 9 neighborhoods and 7 villages, that 7 homes were evacuated as a precaution, and that there was no loss of life. The Trabzon Governor's Office said rainfall reached about 50 kilograms per square meter in places and that 533 personnel were in the field.

Two arrested in drug investigation; Hasan Şaş and Sefo released

Of the 21 people detained in an investigation by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Sayat Zurnacı and Aytaç Kart were arrested, while Hasan Şaş and Nilperi Şahinkaya were released under judicial control.
