4 detained in Kozinoğlu investigation, prosecutor's office announces charges
The Silivri Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced 4 people were detained in Istanbul and Tekirdağ in the investigation into former intelligence agency MİT official Kaşif Kozinoğlu, who died in prison in 2011; charges include "intentional killing", forming a criminal organization, and violating Law No. 2937.
