Emlak Katılım begins acquisition talks for Katılımevim and Birevim

Türkiye Emlak Katılım Bankası notified the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that its subsidiary had begun talks to acquire Katılımevim and Birevim Tasarruf Finansman. The companies had recently been acquired by Tera Yatırım Holding from Pusula Finans Holding; that transfer was still awaiting official approval.
