In new-party name dispute, decision left to the Constitutional Court

CHP spokesperson Sarı: No legal obstacle remains before the congress

CHP spokesperson Müslim Sarı said the appeal filed with the Court of Cassation (Yargıtay) in the absolute nullity case had been withdrawn, and that other plaintiffs had also dropped their cases, meaning no legal obstacle remained before the congress.
