Numan Kurtulmuş is a Turkish politician and academic. Since 2023 he has served as the 30th Speaker of the Grand National Assembly (TBMM). He previously served as Deputy Prime Minister from 2014 to 2017 and as Minister of Culture and Tourism from 2017 to 2018.
