Ahmet Celal Cem Say is a Turkish theoretical computer scientist and professor of computer science. He serves as a full-time professor at Boğaziçi University's Department of Computer Engineering. He is the author of the QSI algorithm for qualitative system identification and has worked in the field of complexity theory.

Prof. Dr. Uğur Ersoy, doyen of civil engineering, dies

Uğur Ersoy, born in Mersin in 1932 and a retired faculty member of Boğaziçi University and ODTÜ, died at the age of 91. The Chamber of Civil Engineers issued a condolence message; the first ceremony will be held in Istanbul, with Ersoy to be buried in Mersin.
