TZOB President Bayraktar: There is no disaster farmers have not experienced

BirGün: Harvest season ended in losses for farmers, support payments below inflation

According to BirGün's report, producers suffered losses on many products from sunflower to hazelnut due to purchase prices and input costs; the newspaper reported that the state debt arising from the gap between the support envisaged in the Agriculture Law and the support actually paid amounted to approximately 2 trillion lira.
