Okan Buruk is a Turkish technical director and former international footballer. He is currently the technical director of Galatasaray, one of the Süper Lig teams. Due to his successes both as a player and as a technical director, he is considered one of the most influential figures in Turkish football in the 21st century.

Trabzonspor defeats Galatasaray 4-0; Salah scores 3 goals, Buruk shown red card

In the 6th week of the Süper Lig, Trabzonspor defeated Galatasaray 4-0 at Papara Park; Salah brought his tally to 7 goals this season with a hat-trick. Sent-off manager Okan Buruk stated he did not insult the referee, claiming "he sent me off intentionally."
