Japan is an island country located in the northwestern Pacific Ocean. It stretches from the Sea of Japan, bordering China, North Korea, South Korea and the east of Russia, to the Sea of Okhotsk, the East China Sea and Taiwan. Its de facto capital and largest city is Tokyo.

Japanese delegation visits Istanbul Naval Shipyard Command

According to the Defence Ministry (MSB), a delegation composed of members of the Japanese parliament and representatives of Japanese defense industry firms was briefed on the shipyard's shipbuilding projects and infrastructure capabilities; possible areas of cooperation were discussed mutually.
