The Asian Development Bank cut Türkiye's 2026 growth forecast to 2.8 percent and raised its inflation forecast to 31.5 percent. In the Central Bank's survey, households' 12-month inflation expectation was 45.6 percent.
The bank kept its 2027 growth expectation at 3.6 percent. In the Central Bank's September survey, market participants' expectation rose to 23.7 percent, households' to 45.6 percent, while the real sector's expectation fell to 32.5 percent.
