The Adıyaman Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, in the investigation of the Arı Apartmanı, which collapsed in the earthquake and killed 31 people, issued a decision of lack of jurisdiction to remedy deficiencies and sent the file to the Besni Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office stated that one of the suspects had not been interviewed, that final medical reports regarding the injured complainants were not in the file, and that the definition of the crime needed to be corrected. The report was in the nature of an indictment prepared by the Besni Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in June.
