Heavy rains are expected to start on the evening of September 23 in Çorum, Amasya, Tokat and Samsun, and to be effective tomorrow in Ordu, Giresun, Trabzon and Rize surroundings and Artvin coasts. The warning will be valid until 23:59 on September 24.
