In statement, Kumova details agreement made with Tera Yatırım for IPO
Destek Holding's major shareholder Altunç Kumova, arrested in the investigation, stated they agreed with Tera Yatırım for a 2% commission on Destek Faktoring's IPO, with Tera Group firms and qualified investors purchasing a 20% stake. He described the valuation rising to 1.3 trillion lira (TL) as an "abnormal figure."
