Damage assessment ongoing in İyidere and Pazar following flood in Rize
In the heavy downpour in Rize, 16 workplaces and 3 residences in İyidere, along with 40 businesses, 9 neighborhoods, and 7 villages in Pazar were damaged. Governor İhsan Selim Baydaş announced there were no casualties and about 40 houses were evacuated.

- Ground beneath three-storey building collapses after landslide in Rize Following heavy rainfall in the Eastern Black Sea region, a landslide in the Pazar district of Rize caused the ground beneath a house to give way; Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) teams examined the site, and no evacuation decision has been made so far.
