Diesel exceeds 100 lira, costs from field to table rising
Following the 4.62 lira increase on 17 September, diesel exceeded 100 lira in Istanbul, Ankara and İzmir; a 50-litre tank surpassed 5,000 lira. The rise is reflected in agricultural and transportation costs.
