Baker in Ordu begins producing anchovy simit
Bahtiyar Bodur, who runs a bakery in Ordu, combined anchovy with simit after previously trying hazelnut and pistachio varieties. Bodur, who started selling the product filled with anchovy, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and salt, plans to experiment with other fish species as well.
