İbrahim Kalın is a Turkish bureaucrat, diplomat and academic. He served as Presidential Spokesperson with ambassadorial rank between 2014 and 2023, and also held the positions of deputy chairman of the Presidential Security and Foreign Policies Council and chief advisor to the president.
