Minister of Labour and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan announced that 217.2 million lira will be paid to relatives of martyrs, veterans, and relatives of veterans.
The payments will be deposited into accounts on September 11. The ministry stated that the pensions of parents have been raised to the level of the net minimum wage and that care fees have been increased by 25 percent.
