According to Sözcü, the roughly 1 million lira vehicle used by Denizli Provincial Mufti Abdullah Pamuklu was sold and replaced with a brand-new vehicle claimed to have a market value of about 5 million lira; the Din-Bir-Sen union criticized the purchase.

3 people rescued from car swept away in flood in Ürgüp, fields flooded in Niğde

In the village of Karakaya in Nevşehir's Ürgüp district, three people in a car swept by floodwaters and trapped against a bridge were rescued with the help of villagers. In Niğde, cultivated land in some towns was flooded, while heavy rain disrupted traffic in Trabzon and caused a power outage in one neighborhood.

Heavy rain disrupts transport in Trabzon, yellow-code warning issued for four provinces

The Trabzon Governor's Office reported that rainfall reached about 50 kilograms per square meter in some parts of the city, that 114 calls were received by the 112 Emergency Call Center, and that 533 personnel were deployed.
