# Konut fiyatları ağustosta aylık yüzde 0,9 arttı, reel düşüş dokuzuncu ayda

TCMB'ye göre konut fiyatları ağustosta aylık yüzde 0,9, yıllık yüzde 23 arttı ama enflasyona göre yıllık yüzde 6,5 geriledi. Reel düşüş dokuzuncu aya uzarken, yeni kiracı kira endeksi temmuzda reel yüzde 3,9 azaldı.
