# Stricter enforcement expected on SGK premium debts in the year's final quarter

Based on the Medium-Term Program's clause that "premium debt monitoring and collection processes will be made more effective," reports say employers who have not applied for restructuring may face the cancellation of incentives, as well as enforcement and seizure proceedings between October and December. The deferral interest rate had been cut from 39% to 29% annually.
