# Kurtulmuş explains the legal regulation in Kırşehir and sends a message to Israel

Grand National Assembly (TBMM) Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş said the 12-article regulation contains three "safety valves," and that the law will not take effect until the organization's disarmament and dissolution are confirmed. Kurtulmuş used the phrase, "Let Israel not chase futile daydreams."
