# Interior Minister Çiftçi: Stray animal collection completed in 78 provinces

Interior Minister Mustafa Çiftçi said on TGRT Haber that 99.22% of stray animals had been collected, with work still ongoing in Istanbul, İzmir and Diyarbakır. Çiftçi said they aim to complete the process by October 15 in Istanbul and by the end of October in Diyarbakır.
