# Heavy rain disrupts transport in Trabzon, yellow-code warning issued for four provinces

The Trabzon Governor's Office reported that rainfall reached about 50 kilograms per square meter in some parts of the city, that 114 calls were received by the 112 Emergency Call Center, and that 533 personnel were deployed. The Meteorology authority issued a yellow-code warning for Giresun, Trabzon, Rize and Artvin for September 19.
