# Cumhuriyet: It is being discussed that three lawmakers could move to AKP in the new legislative year

According to information Cumhuriyet reported as coming from behind-the-scenes sources, the possibility that two İYİ Party lawmakers and one Yeni Parti lawmaker could join AKP is being discussed for the legislative year starting on October 1. According to the newspaper, 19 lawmakers have moved to AKP since the 2023 elections.
