# TÜİK: Housing sales fell 14.7% year-on-year in August

127,410 homes were sold across Türkiye in August; secondhand sales dropped 19.4% and first-hand sales fell 4.5%. Mortgaged sales rose 7.2% while the Housing Price Index climbed 23% year-on-year.
